POLICIES:

Minors:

1. Persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not eligible to obtain a psychic reading from me, and as such, minors under the age of eighteen (18) should not submit any personal information to us, or order from our shopping cart.

Psychic Readings:

1. Psychic readings are for entertainment purposes only, and do not and cannot substitute professional medical advice, or counselling services.
   
2. Upon hiring me for my Psychic services, it indicates that you have read and understood my complete profile and website, and are in agreement with the following terms: I am here to provide a service for you. If you so choose to use my service, then I will provide it for you as many times as YOU choose to purchase a service from me. However, you as the client must understand that having one or more readings from myself or other readers will not alter or speed up the outcome.
3. Furthermore, a reader or psychic CANNOT or WILL NOT make anything happen in your life. Everything you do is because you choose/decide to do it. Everything that has happened in your life or to you is a direct result of the choices you make. Psychic readings are a luxury and not a necessity, and in understanding this, you also understand that you are in complete control of the choices you make in obtaining a reading from me. I am not responsible for ANY of the choices you make or the results of those subsequent choices.
4. I reserve the right to decline providing a reading to a client if I feel that the client does not understand or agree to the above terms. In the case of payment being made in these circumstances, all moneys will be refunded to the client, and no service or product will be exchanged.
   Jacy does not agree to the exploitation of people, and will therefore ALWAYS decline a reading when a customer asks for a hex/curse/evil spirits to be removed. As Jacy does not agree with practitioners who make such promises, nor does she believe that hexes and curses exist, she will not provide this service to clients.

Privacy and Security:

1. We value the privacy of everyone visiting this site and we practice the highest standards of security and privacy on the site. Our site supports Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) based transactions. We do not store credit card details or personal information after transactions are finalised.
2. We use E-WAY as our payment gateway, which uses a secure merchant facility.
   
3. Readings are done in the strictest confidence, and no private information disclosed or revealed during the readings is shared with a third party.
   

Refunds/Returns:

1. The utmost care is taken in packaging and posting all artworks to customers. In the event that a Spirit Guide Portrait, Print or Original Inspirational Artwork is damaged or lost due to postage problems, we take no responsibility in replacing lost items through Australia Post. If required, the customer can choose to pay for registered post or postal insurance at an additional cost. Please notify us, if there is any issues with postage or a delay in receiving your item.
2. EXCLUDING SPIRIT GUIDE PORTAITS and PSYCHIC READINGS, all other Artworks and prints may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the design is not to your liking. Please notify us in writing if there are any issues via email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The purchase price MINUS postage and packing costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify me within those 14 days.
   
3. The purchaser of a Spirit Guide Reading or Psychic Reading understands that these readings are for entertainment purposes, and as such, that they take sole responsibility in the decision to purchase a reading. Whilst Jacy takes the utmost care with ALL clients in using her discretion and kindness when providing a Psychic Service, she also understands that clients may not be 100% content with the information provided. The customer who receives the reading upon agreement to purchase understands that if they are disatisfied with the advice given or information received, that they cannot receive a refund for these services provided.

Artworks:

1. I reserve the right to photograph, copy, display and alter any images that I have drawn for clients, be it in the form of a Spirit Guide Portrait or other Artwork. All images of the artworks created by the Artist, Jacy Kattan, remain the property of the Artist, Jacy Kattan.

Products/Shipping and Handling:

1. I reserve the right to change the prices of my products and services at anytime without notice.
2. All purchasable items displayed on this site are in Australian Dollars and include GST (Goods and services tax).
3. All items are shipped via Australia Post and are therefore subject to their handling fees and charges. We take the utmost care in packaging our artworks, and all items are posted via registered post.
4. Exact rates of packing and shipping are dynamically calculated during the checkout process, using current Australia Post registered post rates. These costs are based on the size and amount of items posted.
